In 2013, while still at Rasch Construction, Jason founded JDR Painting to meet the growing demand for painting services in commercial and industrial projects. This venture, which began as a solution to a need he identified through his work at Rasch, has grown into one of the largest painting contractors in the state.

Today, JDR Painting employs 60 team members and serves high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies and even billionaires. Jason takes immense pride in JDR’s reputation as the preferred contractor for these accounts.
